1. Heat Energy - Heat energy is a form of energy that is present in the molecules and atoms of an object. The motion of atoms and molecules results in heat energy.
2. Conduction - Conduction is heat transfer through direct contact. When adjacent atoms vibrate or exchange electrons, heat energy is transferred between them. EX: Heating a pot on a stove
3. Insulator - A material that reduces the rate of heat transfer by limiting the amount of conduction and/or convection that occurs. Prevents heat moving from one place/object to another.
4. Conductor - A material that allows heat to be transferred through it

Students in 5th grade- If you have your projects ready, you can bring them in tomorrow (3/23). If not, it’s okay!
Also, we will not have enough time to order pizza. Therefore, you can choose to bring your own lunch and snacks to share with your classmates.
REMINDER: Bring in plastic bags to pack up your books.
Tomorrow is DRESS UP DAY for everyone in the play, including the choir and washing of the feet.
